Also present at the reception were the Head of the Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI), Dr. Wandi, the Head of the OKH Working Team, Diyah Rochati, M.Hum., and the entire PMPZI UIN Salatiga team.   In his remarks, Dr. M. Faisol expressed his appreciation for the warm reception from UIN Salatiga. "Our presence here is to gain knowledge and experience in building an Integrity Zone towards WBK and WBBM,” he said. Dr. Faisol hopes to discuss and gather as much information as possible regarding the steps taken by UIN Salatiga, which achieved the ZI predicate in 2020.
"The Faculty of Humanities wants to learn and gather experiences as well as tips and efforts that can be made to achieve the ZI predicate," he added.
Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Muh. Saerozi welcomed the delegation from the Faculty of Humanities. "It is an honor for us to receive guests from the Faculty of Humanities. We are pleased if all institutions can achieve WBK, as a standard to provide the best and professional service,” he said. According to him, WBK also serves as a control in service, so it requires the commitment of the Faculty of Humanities to meet the necessary criteria. He also hopes that the Faculty of Humanities can achieve the desired results.
In the sharing and brainstorming session, Diyah Rochati, M.Hum., as the Leading Sector of ZI UIN Salatiga, emphasized the importance of fulfilling all evidence according to the LKE to pass to the Ministry of Religion. She explained that the Faculty of Humanities must create strategies towards WBK and WBBM, as well as develop a work plan with complete documentation. "Every LKE must be uploaded with the correct documents. The Faculty of Humanities also needs to prepare legal umbrella documents related to PT integrity in PAK, including in the Strategic Plan, SOTK, Blueprint, and others,” she explained.
Diyah Rochati also added that building a system for all aspects that can enhance HR integrity in preventing corruption, including optimizing media and technology in providing information to the public, is crucial. "As a work unit that is ZI towards WBK, we must be able to show it on the website and YouTube, because Menpan will look at our Web and YouTube,” she added.
The Faculty of Humanities has been chosen as a pilot project for the Development of ZI towards WBK and WBBM at UIN Malang. This appointment is based on the Decree of the Director-General of Islamic Education Number 1203 of 2024. The purpose of this project is to encourage anti-corruption efforts and improve the quality of bureaucracy in the campus environment.
With this benchmarking, the Faculty of Humanities hopes to adopt best practices from UIN Salatiga to be implemented at UIN Malang, thereby achieving the ZI target towards WBK and WBBM, and providing better and more professional services to the entire academic community and society.
This event underscores the commitment of the Faculty of Humanities in supporting anti-corruption efforts and improving the quality of bureaucracy, in line with the vision and mission of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang to become an excellent and integrity-based educational institution. [al]
