English Literature Program Holds Comprehensive Examination for Students

HUMANIORA - (April 30, 2024) The English Literature Program at the Faculty of Humanities held a comprehensive examination attended by 136 students on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. The examination took place at the Home Theater on the 3rd floor of the Faculty of Humanities building. This activity is an important part of the academic journey for students before they can proceed to the thesis examination stage or complete their final assignments.

The comprehensive examination aims to assess students' in-depth understanding of various aspects in the fields of religion and English literature. Students are tested on their understanding of literary theories, critical analysis of literary works, and their ability to apply the concepts they have learned in practical contexts.

With great enthusiasm, students demonstrated dedication and thorough preparation to face this examination. They showed their seriousness in answering the questions presented both in written form (online).

Ribut Wahyudi, Ph.D., the chair of the English Literature Program, stated, "The comprehensive examination is an important step in the academic journey of students. It is a moment where they can demonstrate their deep understanding of the subject and their readiness to proceed to the next stage in their studies."

The results will be announced after the examination is conducted. For those who are deemed not to have passed, an opportunity will be provided to take the next stage of the comprehensive examination.
