Faculty of Humanities Holds Graduation and Farewell Ceremony for Even Semester 2024/2025 Students

HUMANIORA – (25/7/2024) The Faculty of Humanities at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held a solemn Graduation and Farewell Ceremony for Even Semester 2024/2025 students on Thursday, July 25, 2024. This event marked an important moment for students who have completed their studies, symbolizing the beginning of a new journey into the professional world. The event took place in the theater room on the 3rd floor of the Faculty of Humanities building, attended by students, faculty members, alumni, and invited guests. A total of 194 students from the Faculty of Humanities at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang officially received recognition for their hard work and dedication during their studies. The graduating students consisted of 114 from the Arabic Language and Literature Program and 80 from the English Literature Program. They have undergone an academic journey full of challenges, dedication, and hard work to finally achieve their bachelor's degrees in humanities.

The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the singing of the national anthem. The atmosphere in the auditorium was filled with emotion and pride as each student's name was called as a prospective graduate.

In his speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Dr. M. Faisol, delivered inspirational messages, providing encouragement and guidance for the graduates to face future challenges. This was followed by motivational remarks from an alumnus of the Faculty of Humanities, Nurul Alfiya Fajriyah, MA, who was the guest speaker.

The Graduation Ceremony concluded with an istighosah and a collective prayer led by Drs. H. Abdullah Zainur Rauf, M.HI. All the graduation participants solemnly joined in the prayer session, expressing hopes that the knowledge they have gained would be beneficial for society and bring blessings in their future journeys.
