Humaniora Acts Swiftly, Forms Pilot Project Team for Interitus Zone Development

HUMANIORA - (26/4/2024) The Faculty of Humanities at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University (UIN) Malang, took proactive steps by forming a team immediately after being selected as a pilot project for the Development of the Interitus Zone Towards Corruption-Free (WBK) and Clean and Service-Oriented Bureaucracy (WBBM). The Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Dr. M. Faisol, directly led the inaugural coordination meeting with the team on Friday, April 26, 2024, in the Dean's Office on the 1st floor of the Faculty of Humanities.

During the meeting, M. Faisol provided initial guidance to the team, along with the initial agenda to be pursued. He also emphasized the need for the team to build good cooperation and collaboration for the success of the program.

"We have a responsibility to make this project successful. With hard work and collaboration, I believe we can achieve the desired goals," he said.

He added, "The success of this project is expected to have a significant positive impact on the entire academic community at UIN Malang, and to serve as an inspiring example for other educational institutions in efforts to combat corruption and improve the quality of bureaucracy."

The Faculty of Humanities scheduled a second meeting on Monday, April 29, 2024. The agenda for the meeting includes listening to direct guidance from the Ministry of Religion, which will be conducted online, as well as discussing several strategic steps as initial measures.

The appointment of the Faculty of Humanities as a pilot project is based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Education Number 1203 of 2024. This program is designed with the aim of improving bureaucratic quality and eradicating corruption within the campus environment. [al]
