
Humaniora Holds Socialization of IKU and IKI 2024, Dean Encourages Faculty to Achieve Performance Targets
HUMANIORA - (18/4/2024) The Faculty of Humaniora at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University (UIN) Malang held a significant event to enhance the quality of performance management for civil servant employees. The Socialization of University Performance Indicators (IKU) and Individual Performance Indicators (IKI) was conducted online via the Zoom Meeting Platform on Thursday afternoon, April 18, 2024. The event was attended by all faculty members of the Faculty of Humaniora.

In his opening remarks, Dean of the Faculty of Humaniora, Dr. M. Faisol, emphasized that this event is more than just a formality. He expressed a strong commitment to making the Faculty of Humaniora a center of excellence in education, research, and community service.Dr. M. Faisol also stressed the importance of achieving Individual Performance Indicators (IKI) for faculty members as a mandatory requirement. He reminded faculty members to prepare the necessary documents to ensure that the performance targets of the Faculty of Humaniora become more focused, with the hope that the accreditation of both study programs in the Faculty of Humaniora, both English Literature and Arabic Literature, can proceed smoothly.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Remuneration System Management and Development Center (P3SR), Dr. Ahmad Dini Hidayatullah, M.Pd., provided in-depth technical explanations about filling out e-Performance and IKI according to the Rector's Decree of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Number 655 of 2024.Dr. Ahmad Dini explained that every activity carried out must contribute to the achievement of the Main Performance Indicators that have been established, which include 55 Main Performance Indicators and 12 Excellent Performance Indicators.
On the other hand, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Humaniora, Dr. Halimi, underscored the importance of improving the process from the preparation to the assessment of Employee Performance Targets (SKP). Thus, the follow-up can proceed more smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.Through the enhancement of performance management quality, the Faculty of Humaniora hopes that its academic community can carry out the tri dharma of higher education more effectively in accordance with the planned performance targets. This is expected to support the realization of the university's vision and mission to become an outstanding institution with an international reputation.
This online event is expected to have a positive impact on improving the quality of performance in the Faculty of Humaniora at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang and provide faculty members and educational staff with the skills to carry out academic tasks more effectively and efficiently.
