Humaniora Lecturers Train High School Teachers in Nganjuk on Innovative Teaching Strategies

HUMANIORA - (12/10/2023) Lecturers from the Faculty of Humaniora at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang provided training to enhance the pedagogical competence of high school (SMA) teachers in Nganjuk City. The workshop, entitled "In House Training: Curriculum-Based Teaching Learning Process," took place from October 11 to 12, 2023, at SMAN 2 Nganjuk.
Four lecturers, namely Arif Mustofa, S. S., M. P.d., Mira Shartika, M. A. TESL., Ulil Fitriyah, M. Pd., M. Ed., and Dr. Abdul Muntaqim Al Anshory, S. Hum., M. Pd., delivered materials relevant to the challenges of education in the era of 4.0.
During this opportunity, they discussed various topics, ranging from the characteristics of 4.0-era students to the career development of teachers for differentiated lesson planning. The workshop was attended by 66 teachers from various subjects at SMAN 2 Nganjuk.
Participants were visibly enthusiastic about attending the training. They actively engaged with the materials presented and even practiced innovative teaching methods with enthusiasm and cheerfulness.
This enthusiasm reflects the dedication of the teachers to enhance the quality of education in Nganjuk. With the knowledge and insights gained from this training, it is expected that teachers can implement innovative learning strategies relevant to the modern era, advance the field of education, and bring positive benefits to their students.
