Humaniora Signs MoU with PT Jawakarta Afkana Properti, Strengthening Industry and Education Synergy

HUMANITIES - (1/22/2024) The Faculty of Humanities at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University (UIN) Malang and PT Jawakarta Afkana Property have established a new synergy with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday, January 22, 2024. The multinational property company signed a cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Humanities to strengthen the relationship between the academic world and the industry.

The MoU signing was conducted directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Dr. M. Faisol, and the Chief Commissioner of PT Jawakarta Afkana Property, Roli Maulidiansyah, in the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Humanities. The event was attended by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Halimi, and the Vice Dean for Cooperation and Student Affairs, Dr. Galuh Nur Rohmah.

The Dean of the Faculty of Humanities stated, "This collaboration is a strategic step in creating an inclusive and high-quality educational environment." He emphasized the Faculty of Humanities' commitment to preparing graduates who not only have academic skills but also have a deep understanding of the industry.

Meanwhile, the Chief Commissioner of PT Jawakarta Afkana Property, Roli Maulidiansyah, also expressed similar hopes. "With this collaboration, PT Jawakarta Afkana Property hopes to provide valuable benefits and insights to students of the Faculty of Humanities, helping them to face challenges in the rapidly evolving business world."

This collaboration is expected to create various joint programs, including training, internships, and other collaborative activities. The MoU is concrete evidence of the Faculty of Humanities' efforts at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in bridging the academic division with the industrial world, providing students with practical experience, and ensuring the quality of graduates ready to adapt in the workforce.
