Humaniora Student Achieves Runner Up 1 in East Java’s Parekraf Ambassador 2024

HUMANITIES - (25/1/2024) Once again, outstanding achievements have been accomplished by a student from the Faculty of Humaniora at the State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Nabilah Ulil Fikriyah, a fifth-semester student from Pasuruan District, clinched the title of Runner Up 1 Puteri in the East Java Tourism and Creative Economy Ambassador Election  2024, organized by Simpour Group Pageant on January 21.
This prestigious event saw participants from across East Java showcasing their talents, intelligence, and knowledge in the tourism and creative economy sectors. Nabilah demonstrated exceptional qualities, carving out remarkable success at the regional level.
With this achievement, Nabilah has gained a rare opportunity to actively engage as a Change Agent in the Tourism Sector, particularly in East Java, known for its abundant tourism sector wealth. Through her new role, she is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of the tourism and creative economy sectors in the region.
In a post-victory interview, Nabilah expressed her gratitude, "Alhamdulillah, in this event, I can make my parents and university proud of the achievements I have attained. Hopefully, with this accomplishment, I can provide benefits to the wider community."
Meanwhile, Dr. Galuh Nur Rohmah, Vice Dean for Cooperation and Student Affairs, also extended congratulations for the extraordinary achievement of Nabilah Ulil Fikriyah. "Nabilah's achievement is a source of pride for the Faculty of Humaniora and the entire academic community of UIN Malang. May this achievement serve as an inspiration for other students to continue developing their potential and excelling in various fields," expressed Dr. Galuh.
