HUMANIORA – (8/8/2024) In an effort to improve human resources quality to achieve academic excellence and research, the Faculty of Humanities at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held an Academic Staff Development program with the Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS) at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (UNDIKSHA) in Bali on Tuesday, August 7, 2024. This program was conducted with high urgency, considering the challenges and dynamics of the ever-changing and evolving education world.
In the event, Dr. Putu from FBS UNDIKSHA discussed key topics on service integration and the optimization of technology in providing academic and student services. Dr. Adi emphasized the critical role of technology in maximizing efficiency and effectiveness in academic and student services.
One of the highlights of Dr. Putu's presentation was the introduction of the Layonsari application, an innovation developed by the Faculty of Languages and Arts at UNDIKSHA. This application is designed to provide three main services: academic services, general services, and student services. Dr. Adi explained that the Layonsari application is a significant step forward in simplifying service processes, not only for students but also for lecturers.
"Integrating services into one application like Layonsari is essential for improving the quality of services we provide. With integrated technology, we can ensure that all aspects of academic and student services are managed more efficiently and responsively," said Dr. Putu during his presentation.
He added that technology not only helps facilitate access to information but also accelerates administrative processes and enhances user satisfaction. In the academic context, this means that students and lecturers can more easily access various services they need without having to face complicated bureaucracy.
The Head of Administration at the Faculty of Humanities, Triasih Esti Nugraheni, SE, M.M., after the discussion, stated, "This Academic Staff Development program has been very beneficial for us.
