
Impressive, Humanities Student Achieves Success in Indonesian Advanced Science Competition 2024
HUMANIORA – (22/7/2024) A student from the Faculty of Humanities has once again demonstrated academic excellence by participating in the Indonesian Advanced Science Competition (IASC) 2024. Chesa Andreana, a ninth-semester student of the English Literature program, was one of the participants in this prestigious competition. The student from Bekasi, West Java, brought honor to the Faculty of Humanities by showcasing her proficiency and knowledge in the fields of English and Mathematics.


The IASC was organized by the Festival Olimpiade Sains Nasional (FOSNAS) on July 7, 2024, in North Sumatra. The event was attended by participants from various universities across Indonesia, competing online through the institution's website and monitored via Zoom meetings."I gained new knowledge and experiences by participating in the competition, and I am proud to have competed and won against various students from all over Indonesia," she said. This positive impression reflects the invaluable experience of the competition for personal development and the enhancement of academic skills of the participants.
Chesa's participation in the IASC demonstrates that students from the Faculty of Humanities excel not only in humanities but also achieve remarkable success in the fields of science and technology. This accomplishment is a tangible proof of the Faculty of Humanities' commitment to supporting and developing students' academic potential in various fields.Responding to this achievement, the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. Galuh Nur Rohmah, expressed congratulations and appreciation.
