
Tribun Jatim Network Visits Faculty of Humanities, Offers Strategic Collaboration
HUMANIORA - (11/7/2024) The Faculty of Humanities at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang received a visit from Tribun Jatim Network on Thursday, July 11, 2024. Representatives from Tribun Jatim, Account Executive Muhammad Afif Nirwan, and Advertising Coordinator Budi Akbar, attended the event. The visit aimed to strengthen relations and explore collaboration between both parties.

Afif and Budi were warmly welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Dr. M. Faisol, and the faculty's deans. During the meeting, Budi Akbar expressed that the visit was intended to enhance the relationship between Tribun Jatim Network and the Faculty of Humanities.
"We hope this visit can open up broader opportunities for collaboration in the future, particularly in the fields of academic and non-academic event coverage and promotion, as well as enhancing the competencies of Faculty of Humanities students," said Budi Akbar.

Dean Dr. M. Faisol welcomed the visit and expressed hope that this collaboration would be mutually beneficial. "We highly appreciate Tribun Jatim Network's initiative to establish cooperation with the Faculty of Humanities. We believe this synergy will strengthen our efforts in publicizing various activities and achievements, providing a broader platform for students and faculty to collaborate with the industry," said Dr. M. Faisol.
The meeting also discussed potential collaborations in human resource development, where Tribun Jatim Network could act as a media partner in publishing faculty and student works, as well as academic and student activities. Additionally, there were discussions on internship opportunities for students, aimed at providing practical experience and broadening their perspectives in journalism and media.
With this visit, it is hoped that a mutually beneficial collaboration will be established between Tribun Jatim Network and the Faculty of Humanities at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This collaboration is expected not only to strengthen the positions of both institutions in their respective fields but also to contribute positively to the development of knowledge and the dissemination of quality information to the wider community.
