TVA: Pioneering the Future with an Innovative and Interactive Platform

HUMANIORA - (22/8/2024) The presence of the Teacher Virtual Academy (TVA) has attracted hundreds of participants from various regions of Indonesia. After more than a month of the Teacher Virtual Academy (TVA) program, organized by the Faculty of Humanities UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang through the Humanities E-learning Oasis (HELO) platform, it has received positive feedback from participants.
One such participant is Achmad Hambali Kurniawan, a teacher from MTs Darus Sholichin, Malang. He praised the Teacher Virtual Academy (TVA) program, stating that it was well-designed and offered a variety of valuable resources for educators. He found TVA's focus on current issues in teaching to be very engaging, with interactive sessions led by experienced instructors. This reflects TVA's commitment to supporting teachers' professional development.
"TVA provides a collaborative space that allows educators to engage in innovative practices, gain new insights, and enhance their teaching methods," said Achmad Hambali. He also added that TVA is overall a very valuable tool in promoting continuous learning and growth among teachers.
A similar response came from Fathulrezki, a teacher at SMKN 3 Banjarmasin. He described the Teacher Virtual Academy (TVA) organized by the Faculty of Humanities as an innovative breakthrough that meets the needs of teachers, especially English teachers. He emphasized the need to expand this program due to the increasing complexity of problems faced in foreign language teaching.
"One of the best innovations I have ever experienced. I hope more features are developed to accommodate the needs of teachers," said Fathulrezki in his testimonial at the end of the TVA program.
Echoing Fathulrezki’s sentiments, Noor Hayati, M.Pd., a lecturer at STAI Samarinda who actively participated in TVA, stated that the program is a very interesting platform. Through this program, foreign language teachers gain insights into changes in the learning process. "How innovations in teaching methods and learning media can be found in this program," she added.
These testimonials demonstrate that the TVA program has had a positive impact on its participants, particularly in enriching their skills and knowledge as educators.
