
Visit to Humanities, Adadimalang.com Invites Collaboration
HUMANIORA – (11/7/2024) The Faculty of Humanities at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang received a visit from the General Manager of the online media Adadimalang.com, Agus Yuwono, on Monday, July 8, 2024. Agus' visit to the Faculty of Humanities was aimed at exploring collaboration opportunities between the two parties.
Agus Yuwono's arrival was warmly welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Dr. M. Faisol, in the dean's office. During the meeting, Agus expressed his openness to establishing cooperation with the Faculty of Humanities in an effort to enhance institutional capabilities."We are very open to collaborating with the Faculty of Humanities. We believe that collaborating with the Faculty of Humanities will bring great benefits to both parties," said Agus Yuwono.
He also added that Adadimalang.com sees great potential in the students of the Faculty of Humanities, who are not only academically proficient but also possess skills ready to be applied in the workforce. Therefore, for the first time, Adadimalang.com is willing to become one of the partners in the Internship Program (PKL) for students of the Faculty of Humanities this year."This partnership will provide students with direct experience in the online media industry, as well as enrich their competencies in journalism and communication," he added.
Dr. M. Faisol, the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, welcomed this visit and expressed his gratitude for the appreciation and trust given by Adadimalang. "This collaboration is a strategic step to prepare our students for the challenges of the workforce. We are committed to continuously improving the quality of education and the competencies of our students so they are ready to compete in the industry," said Dr. M. Faisol.This visit also marks an important moment for the Faculty of Humanities to strengthen its ties with the industry and demonstrate that the achievements of students and programs at the faculty are receiving serious attention from various sectors. The Faculty of Humanities continues to strive to establish partnerships with various parties to open up broader opportunities for students to develop their careers and apply the knowledge they have learned.
