Humanities student achieves Best Speech title in the National Tourism and Creative Economy Ambassador Contest 2024

HUMANIORA (1/3/2024) - Nabilah Ulil Fikriyah, a student from the Faculty of Humanities at UIN Malang, has achieved a remarkable accomplishment as the Ambassador of Creative Economy (Best Speech) at the National Tourism and Creative Economy Ambassador Contest 2024. The event was organized by the PPDPI Foundation (Kabio Indonesia Group) from February 22nd to 27th, 2024, at the Meliala Topas Galeria Hotel in Kota Bandung, West Java.
In a competition featuring participants from across Indonesia, Nabilah demonstrated her communication skills and profound knowledge of tourism and creative economy in Indonesia. The student from Pasuruan Regency attracted the attention of the jury with her inspirational performance and speech, despite this being her first appearance in a national event.
Expressing her deep gratitude for this valuable experience, Nabilah shared her impression in writing. She emphasized that the competition not only provided new insights and positive networking opportunities but also served as a platform for Indonesian youth to collectively develop and advance tourism and creative economy in the country.
"This is a memorable moment for me. It was my first time interacting with fellow participants from outside Java," said the 6th-semester student majoring in BSA.
Meanwhile, Dr. Galuh Nur Rohmah, the Vice Dean for Cooperation and Student Affairs at the Faculty of Humanities, congratulated Nabilah Ulil Fikriyah for her outstanding achievement. This accomplishment reflects the commitment of the Faculty of Humanities in equipping its students with profound communication skills and knowledge in the field of humanities.
