Humanities Student Wins First Place at GRADASI 2024

HUMANIORA – (24/6/2024) A student from the Faculty of Humanities at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang has once again achieved a remarkable national accomplishment. Zaqhlul Ammar, a student in the Arabic Language and Literature program, won first place at the GRADASI (Gelanggang Kreasi Dunia Arab Berprestasi) competition organized by the Arabic Language and Literature Department of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The event took place from June 10 to June 13, 2024.
Zaqhlul Ammar, currently in his fourth semester of the Arabic Language and Literature program, impressed among other participants from various prestigious institutions such as UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, Universitas Nurul Jadid (Unuja), Lemka Sukabumi, Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad), UIN Syeikh Nur Jati Cirebon, STIT Al-Azami Cianjur, and many others.
In an interview after the event, Zaqhlul Ammar expressed his feelings, "Alhamdulillah, I am very happy and proud to still be able to achieve and be supported by the people around me. This is a very valuable experience and motivates me to keep learning and growing."
GRADASI is a prestigious event that brings together students from various universities to compete in creativity and innovation related to the Arab world. Zaqhlul Ammar's achievement not only brings pride to himself but also honors the name of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang at the national level.
The Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang expressed pride in Zaqhlul Ammar's achievement.
